Self-care isn’t always spa days and herbal tea.
Sometimes it’s muting the Slack channel or canceling the “quick sync.”
Sometimes… it’s blocking someone mid-sentence because the energy tax is just too high.

Because here’s the truth,
Being a professional doesn’t mean being perpetually available.
Being a leader doesn’t mean being endlessly tolerant.

Sometimes self-care is knowing when to log off, shut down, and exit the chat.
Especially when the noise isn’t helping anyone grow.
So let peace begin with Ctrl + Alt + DELETE.

What’s one boundary you’ve set lately that made everything just a little bit better? Drop it in the comments — no judgment, only inspiration.
